Ice skating arm-in-arm in the brisk winter air...gliding, twirling against the backdrop of Historic Main Street -- this will be the scene in downtown St. Charles this holiday season. For the first time ever, and to honor the City's Bicentennial, St. Charles will erect an outdoor ice rink along the Missouri River in Frontier Park. The rink will operate from until January 4, 2010. Admission is $6.00 for adults and $5.00 for children under 12. Skate rental is $3 or you may bring your own. Groups of 15 more qualify for special pricing; call 636-255-6154 to make a reservation.
